It depends: Prolonged spotting w/ Progesterone only contraceptives like implanon/nexplanon is common. When they are removed, the hormone is quickly cleared from your system (unlike depoprovera which persists for a long time). Most people will have a return to fertility in 1-2 months. If you do not have a normal menses within 3 months - follow-up with your doctor. Hard to predict ovulation prior to 1st period.
