Gastric symptoms?: Upset stomach is a vague description. A sensation of hunger often accompanies stomach ulcers. If this persists you need to consult a physician.

Could be a viral : Infection. We are moving into the cold and flu season as we speak. Could as be from gastric ulcer or acid overproduction. See you doctor if it continues.
