Depends on the: Size. <5cm not much immediate concern. >5cm requires surgery soon. However make sure you are being followed by a cardio thoracic surgeon.

Concerned but: Level of concern revolves around severity of aneurysm. Make sure you have serial evaluation with ct or MRI & good control of cholesterol & bp.
