What diseases are associated with bacillus megaterium?

Rare to none: Bacillus megaterium is a rod-shaped, gram-positive, endospore forming, aerotolerant species of bacteria used as a soil inoculant in agriculture and horticulture. Bacterium is arranged into the streptobacillus form. It is not generally associated with infection, although immunosuppressed persons can become infected with almost anything.

Bacteremia/menngitis: Bacillus megaterium is listed as causing bacteremia and meningitis. I have been practicing infectious disease medicine for 35 years and i had never previously heard of this species of bacillus so it must be pretty rare.
