Low: If your periods are very irregular, then likely at best you have a 5-10% pregnancy rate per month. If not ovulating then the chance is zero. Sometimes irregular periods can be a sign of the ovaries shutting down, even at a young age, so it is always best to have an evaluation. I see women even as young as 15 whose irregular periods are a sign of early menopause. That is uncommon but does occur.

Low: Best to consult with your gyn or reproductive endocrinologist to evaluate the cause of your ovulatory dysfunction. While stress is one etiology, there are a variety of causes for irregular menses, and specific treatment may depend on etiology.
