Period late/pregnant: If your periods are regular (28-32 days apart), it is possible for pregnancy, since "pre-ejaculate" contains some sperm. Obtain a serum HCG test to be certain you are not pregnant, from your gyn or healthcare provider.

Pregnant?: Very unlikely you are pregnant following anal sex but not 100% impossible. If you are having a thick discharge you should see you doctor.
