Cant stand straight: Being dead is more expensive than an er visit a spleen issue is rare but if the pain is upper left side it could be that - if you can't stand up straight itsimpossible to say why you can always apply for charity care to the hospital if you dont think you can afford the bill but being dead is far more expensive.
