It is not a problem: Sinus arrhythmia is a misleading name as it refers to a normal variation in heart rate and does not represent heart disease. Sinus arrhythmia is more prevalent in younger individuals.

Not a problem: Sinus arrhythmia is not a problem, it is a variance of normal physiology, when your heart speeds up and slows down with change in pressure in a chest that is caused by lungs during the breathing process. It is completely normal and nothing to worry about.
