I have a small hole in my bikini line area i've gotten this twice before and it eventually went away but its painfull, any ideas?

Wear wound?: If the ares is one that is worn from a tight bathing suit, you would try a new suit. Sometimes the elastic in these garments can get thin and tight and can cause an abrasion. Moisture might make this even more likely. I would protect the area from additional wear and keep it clean. If it persists show your doctor.

Could be pilar cyst: This could be any number of conditions from a pilar cyst to sebaceous cyst to hidradenitis and many other possibilities. Discuss with your gyne or derm md.
