I am 3 months pregnant when do i need to get an ultrasound i have had three earlier last one at 2 and half months ?

Depends: Unless there are other problems, the standard approach is to do an early ultrasound to confirm the dating, due date, etc. And then another around 18 weeks (4-5 month) to look for birth defects. Other ultrasound are not necessary and don't improve outcome.
