Not necessarily: While not necessarily uncommon to see a slight change in menstrual pattern, it is probably best to consult with your gyn to see if further evaluation (pelvic ultrasound, hormones, etc.) is needed.

Probably not: Menstrual flow characteristics will change as a woman matures. If there is concern about egg reserve then a day two or day three fsh, estradiol, and anti-mullerian hormone tests can be performed.
