Our baby fell from 3-4 feet and not sure if she hit her head. pupils were fine and followed a toy but seemed letharage but was tired prior to the fal?

Do This: Wake up and make sure she is alert every 4 hours for 24 hr.Make sure the pupils are equal in size.No vomiting.Normal sense of balance.If these things are ok, so is the baby.Also make sure everything else is ok, such as no arm or leg injuries.
