Dangerous: Use of un-prescribed Methadone or any opiate can be fatal. When prescribed, you should not overdose on opiates nor combine them with other medicines or alcohol. They can depress respiration and the brain function causing coma and death. If you have addiction to opiates, you should contact and addiction specialist who can formulate a treatment plan for you.
