Weight loss: If you are 28 years old, you should see your doctor to make sure there isn't anything else causing the high blood pressure. You are too young for this. That being said, with a bmi of 32 in the obese range, weight loss will significantly lower your blood pressure. Other things: eat less salt, exercise more, engage in stress reducing activities...
