Some overlap: Essentially 2 separate specialties, . However, uro-gynecologists do cystoscopies &manage stress urinary incontinence, cystitis etc., but nothing above bladder in urinary tract. Urologists &/or uro-gyn manage urethral diverticula, caruncles etc.. Urologists manage full range of urinary incontinence including neurogenic bladder. Pediatric urologists are also infant gynecologists + intersex specailists.
