Knee problem: Have u injured your knee? May have torn a meniscus with a piece getting caught in the joint space & limiting flexion. Another possibility is a baker's cyst at the back of the knee (unlikely at your age). See your pcp or orthopedics for full knee evaluation & options for treatment.

Arthritis: In the knee, in arthritis the surface of thee of the knee get rough and cause the not slide smoothly. Other stuff could cause this problem like torn cartilage in the knee.
