Need more info: How long has this been present? Any other areas of the body involved? New clothing, laundry soap, or bedsheets? Could be contact dermatitis or allergic reaction to one of the above, or something else, but would probably involve the entire body if allergy to something taken orally, like food or medicine. Oral Benadryl (diphenhydramine) (no rx needed) can help relieve symptoms, but finding/stopping cause is better!
