Maybe: Chronic h pylori infection can lead to chronic gastritis (inflammation of stomach) which can be assoc w/ vitamin B12 deficiency. Bleeding (occult or visible) can occur from acute or chronic inflammation, ulcers, can lead to iron deficiency. Decreased production of stomach acid, as can happen w/chr h pylori theoretically can lead to malabsorption of iron, calcium.
