A member asked:

I have had bad tremers for about three years started in my left arm is now getting worse going numb and intense pain my doctor is clueless on what it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

? complex: First, the focal tremors may be as issue with problems unilaterally starting in the basal ganglia, but you are quite young for parkinson's disease. The numbness and pain in the arm could be local nerve issues, or could be referred from cardiac or chest wall areas. Tremors may occur if a limb is weak, but seems this preceded. Have you seen a neurologist to get all of this evaluated?
