I was told i was postmenopausal 4yrs ago but i'm still having periods can i still get pregnant i'm only 27 ?

Early menopause: If you are truly post menopausal you shouldn't be having periods, unless they are caused by hormonal therapy. If you are having periods without any hormones then i don't think you are post menopausal, and yes you can get pregnant. Please see your ob/gyn.
