Not serious: It sounds like it was pimple. You can have someone take a look at it, keep it clean (take a bath), use a bit of neosporin and/or drying agent with a light bandaid afterwards. If it doesn't clear up, have your doctor evaluate it. If you recently bought a new type of underwear, this may not be a good brand for you.
