Unclear: It's unlikely that the water (if it was water) in the cyst from the ovary would be related to your discharge. If a cyst breaks and the water in it spills, it's going to typically spill in our abdomen, not down through your tube and then uterus and then out vagina. Cramping likely has to do with your menstrual cycle. Discharge is normal every day. If discharge smells or itches, see md for evaluat.
