Go see your doctor: Tell him/her how you feel. Get a referral to a psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, family therapist, marital counselor, licensed clinical social worker, etc. Talk to your religious leader or other trusted person/friend. Whatever you do, promise that you won't hurt yourself or anyone else.

See your doctor : I agree with dr. Lin's suggestions to talk with your doctor, or trusted others about your feelings. Depression can cause disengagement from others; relief can come through talk therapy and judicious medications. When feeling "no one cares, " it may also help to mindfully connect with something/someone you do care about. This could even be a pet, or volunteering -- and puts you in an active role.
