Unlikely: In 10 yo unlikely to be an ulcer, might be h. Pylori infection, possibly gastritis, but keep in mind that in kids an abdominal pain can be a symptom of wide variety of problems including anxiety and depression. Get her to pediatrician, they will be able to find the reason for abdominal pain.
