Diabetes and fatigue: Yes diabetes ii can cause fatigue but so can a host of other diseases. It is best to get a check up and find out exactly why you are fatigued and then get treated properly.

Yes: Although your blood sugar level is high, you are unable to utilize it efficiently, thus your body is in essence "starving", leading to fatigue as a common symptom.
