TIA: She is at risk for a possible stroke, as if this is transient, if may indicated decreased blood flow through retinal artery, but if constant, could be completed event, or ocular problem, such as cataract, glaucoma, retinal detachment. She needs immediate full evaluation, do not hesitate. Time is of the essence.
