Discoloration: Not really. Most chemicals used like bleaching could make the tooth sensitive due to the cavity. It's best to get it fixed.

Need an exam: Could be stain, could be a chip in the tooth, could be a cavity. Don't try and fix on your own. See a dentist.

Tempfill but dont: There are over the counter temofill that you can buy but I do not recommend it because a dentist needs to diagnose the decay. What if it needs a root canal? Then by using tempfill you may get it infected even more.

Nothing good: Unfortunately this is not one of those do it yourself projects. See a dentist. If you are not in pain now, it is likely that in the short period of time until you get to a dentist, you won't have any further problems.

Visit your dentist: for examination, x-ray and tooth decay treatment. If you ignore the problem it may get worse, and you could end up losing a front tooth. Take care.

No: There are no DIY remedies for dental decay. You should prioritize your schedule and see your dentist ASAP.
