Allergies?: Hard to say without a thorough history. Could be an allergic reaction to the bedding (laundry detergent, dryer sheets components.) could be some fleas or bugs depending if animals are around your home or cleanliness in or around the bedroom. Does this occur during the day and when you wear certain clothes? Does this happen when you sleep in another place- hotel, etc. ? Should consult a doctor.
