Possibly: If you're leaning forward with head in forward position (neck bent forward) u may develop spasm of the neck & shoulder muscles. Take breaks, stretch neck & shoulder muscles (see exercises). Apply moist heat to neck/shoulders to relax muscles. Get massage therapy or osteopathic treatment. Nsaid can help relieve pain & inflammation.
