Constipation: Might be caused by constipation , very common in kids that age, they are shy to use bathroom if not at home and it creates a problem, but with abdominal pain i would check with pediatrician first, to make sure it is nothing seriouse. Remember that pain is never normal, and in kids so many things can cause abdominal discomfort.
