Bacteria: Bacteria gain entrance to the skin and are fruitful and multiply. These are very common in the groin and in the under arm areas where shaving often results in ingrown hairs that get infected and turn in to infected cysts. Generally it is best to have them drained by a skilled physician.Antibiotics usually help. Never squeeze and try and pop them.

BOILS CAUSES: BOILS ARE DEEP, LOCALIZED SKIN INFECTIONS. CAN BE CAUSED BY AN INFECTED INGROWN HAIR OR A SPLINTER OR BY FOREIGN BODY LODGED IN THE SKIN. HOT COMPRESSES OFTEN HELP TO RELIEVE THE PAIN, BUT YOU SHOULD SEE YOUR DOCTOR TO MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT HAVE VARIOUS OTHER DISORDERS SUCH AS DIABETES.
