Yes. Possible.: Speaking from the plastic surgery standpoint, yes this is possible. If you can find two surgeons that are willing to coordinate the procedures then they can be performed together. Facelift is typically an outpatient procedure but you would likely need to stay in the hospital due to the hysterectomy recovery. I hope this information is helpful. Yes but be informed: These can be performed at the same time but i don't think by the same surgeon. There are some increased risks to combined and lengthy surgical procedures such as potential for a dvt. Discuss this with your surgeon.

Its Possible: But my recommendation would be to separate the procedures. A complication with one may affect the other surgery.

Yes, but....: The facelift is a clean procedure, while the hysterectomy is not. From the facelift standpoint, it would be cleaner to separate the two procedures and separate your risks.

Combined Surgeries: Yes, it is possible to do both surgeries during the same surgical setting or even simultaneously. Although this is somewhat controversial it is best to discuss any potential increased risks with your surgeons.

Possible but....: Not recommended. Concentrate on one procedure at a time.
