See your dentist: You should go back to the dentist who did the extractions to have it evaluated. It could be a simple matter of a piece of food getting caught in the extraction site or something more involved. In the meantime rinse with warm salt water and make an appointment.

Get it checked: Wherever or whomever took out your wisdom teeth should be made aware of this situation. It is part of their responsibility for doing the work. Sometimes infections happen but...We'd like to think we can cure them. If those people are unable to complete the job...See a specialist in infections. It may help, but there many antibiotics to try.
