Not effective: Fertility pills will not be effective in getting you pregnant after tubal ligation. For pregnancy, open and normal tubes are needed. If you desire pregnancy after tubal ligation, either in vitro fertilization or tubal reversal could be perfomed.

Not pregnant: Taking an ovulation induction agent such as Clomid (clomiphene) would unlikely result in a pregnancy if tubal obstruction exists. One may simply experience some of the side effects of the drug - irritability, hot flushes, headaches, bloating.

Fertility Drugs &BTL: The fertility drugs should not cause a problem other than the same risk of side effects as anyone else. I am not sure why you would be taking fertility drugs when you had a btl. One potential reason is a Clomid (clomiphene) challenge test to evaluate your fertility potential before ivf or reversal surgery. Regardless, you should question more the reason for the drug rather than the side effects :).
