Probably not: The "tied" tubes are simply a mechanical blockage to the passage of sperm towards their target egg at the ovary. Untying is to re-establish this connection. Fertility pills cannot work unless this mechanical connection is remade. Discuss with your GYN about your chances and the best strategy.
