Should be OK: Infrared light probably can't penetrate all the way to your uterus. Unless the lamp heated up your body significantly, i wouldn't worry. There is also a couple of weeks between ovulation and pregnancy. Most infrared therapy is not recommended once you know you're pregnant. Best wishes.
