Ok: If she had an ectopic pregnancy they removed her tube. She now has one left. What caused ectopic? Did they look to see if other tube scarred or open. Important to know. Risk high of another ectopic. But she can conceive by fertilizing her egg your sperm and implanting in uterus, by passing tube. Done all the time. See a fertility expert and good luck, daddy!

See a doctor : You should see a fertility doctor. She may have tubal damage and blockage which may necessitate other treatments to get pregnant.
