Rhinosinusitis: You are probably having mucosal inflammation of paranasal sinuses. This causes sinus obstruction and eventually pain. It is very common with 31 million cases per year in U.S. Classic symptoms are sinus "aching" pain or pressure. Try using warm, moist compresses over sinuses, tylenol, (acetaminophen) nasal saline spray, systemic decongestants (e.G pseudoephedrine).
