How long does it usually take before you conceive when you start on clomid (clomiphene) and pregnyl?

It depends: If you do not ovulate on your own, then if the Clomid (clomiphene) makes you ovulate, your pregnancy rate should be normal - about 15 to 20% chance each month. If you already ovulate on your own the pregnancy rate can vary from 2 to 10% per month depending upon your age (works best in women less than 33 years old). More detailed info at www.Sbivf.Com.

3-6 cycles: Many factors besides fertility medicine go into achieving a succesful pregnancy. In appropriately selected couples, cumulative pregnancy rates with Clomiphene for example are 85% in 3 cycles and around 95% in 6 cycles.
