Muscle vs. Nerve?: Fingers locking up ("the trigger finger") and a feeling loss in your arm may be an indication of neuropthy or radiculopy. Some process is causing your nerves innervating your extremity to loss sensation. See your doctor to possibly set up for an nerve conduction study or an emg.
