I wouldn't: I consider this product more an airway irritant than health aid for any kid under 6 years of age. An infant has partial dependence on their nasal airway for breathing and any fragrance, pleasant or not, can plug them up. Any medicinal quality (the medicine smell) is more myth than real at any age.The indians used pine pitch to scent their sweat lodges, and this product mimics the practice.
