Don't guess ...: The best answer is to take a pregnancy test you can buy at your local pharmacy. As a precaution you might as well stop smoking right now- it's bad not only to you but also to the baby if you're pregnant.

Yes: No contraceptive is 100% effective other than abstinence. So, yes, you could be pregnant. Take a home pregnancy test and see. If you're concerned something could be wrong, see a health care provider.
