Lots of things!: First, be certain you are not pregnant (repeat the urine test or have your doctor draw blood). You should probably see your woman's health provider to make sure you don't have an urine or pelvic infection, problems with your ovaries, or problems with your uterus. A simple pelvic exam should provide answers, though your might need a pelvic ultrasound, blood tests, urine tests and some cultures.
