Don't think so: Chronic bronchitis is when you cough constantly and produce sputum. See http://www.Ncbi.Nlm.Nih.Gov/pubmedhealth/pmh0001153/ if you had an episode last year and now again, that's 2 episodes of acute bronchitis.
