Baby shots: Giving your baby some Ibuprofen after his vaccinations will help make the experience more comfortable for everyone. It will prevent fever, minimize muscler soreness.

Controversial: There is currently some debate about this. The paracetamol (or acetaminophen) may decrease fever which may be a result of receiving the vaccines. It may also decrease the immune response, according to one study. More studies are still needed, so you should follow the advice of your child's doctor.

For pain or fever: It is not necessary to give fever reducer routinely. Most babies do just fine without medication.
