See a cardiologist: If you had two episodes where you had an ekg which was not normal - it is always good to have a cardiolgist know your case personally.

Co incidental may be: There are many causes of pro longed qt interval on ekg including some medications and heart conditions and your panic attack may be purely co incidental. Contact your physician and have reason for prolonged qt investigated.
