See your dentist . .: A pimple on your gum is usually a sign of infection. If the 2nd root canal has not resolved this pimple, the tooth may have a fracture in the root that would render it hopeless. I recommend you see a dentist to talk about your options for antibiotics and possible removal of the tooth and replacement options. Otc remedies won't work at this point.

See a dentist : The abscess present on your gum may indicate dental conditions other than an unsuccessful root canal re-treatment including an acute periodontal or gum infection as well as possible fracture of the tooth. See your dentist immediately to determine the correct diagnosis, prognosis and treatment recommendation.

Infection still present. Perhaps an undiagnosed accessory canal, a root fracture, an improperly sealed canal, and many other possibilities. Suggest that you be evaluated by a root canal specialist, an Endodontist, who has diagnostic equipment not usually found in a generalist's office, as wells specialty training and years of focused treatment.

As has been recommended have the endodontist examine and advise you. After all those months the lesion may be a granuloma, a benign lesion, and not a pimple or persistent infection. An oral surgeon would also be helpful in advising you.
