Yes: It is ok to exercise on your most fertile days if you take it a little easier than usual. In general, exercise is good for you and normal exercise does not impact fertility. Excessive exercise, dehydration, overheating can have adverse effects upon fertility. So, take it down a notch, drink plenty of fluids and listen to your body! if you are on fertility drugs, talk with your doctor first.
