Nyquil used: To contain alcohol. But ask your doctor who prescribed the flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl).

No: Nyquil, may come in combinations of tylenol, (acetaminophen) doxylamine, chlorphenaremine and pseudoephidrine. Flexeril is a muscle relaxant. Combination of the two, may result in blurred vision, CNS stimulation or depression, seizures, dizziness, abuse potential, fatigue, hypertension, impaired coordination and balance, poor fine motor movements, drowsiness, hypotension, insomnia, confusion , anemia, etc.
