Can one have a d&c and still have a healthy pregnancy afterwards?

Yes: D&c procedures are generally not expected to affect your future fertility or affects the health of future pregnancies. However in some cases of intrauterine instrumentation, there is the potential of scar formation inside the uterus. If scars form, then fertility would be affected.
